I play hooker and have been playing rugby for about 3 or 4 years now. I always end up hurting my neck during the engagement of the scrum. Every season i have had one of these injures and they leave me in pain and out for the rest of the season. I don’t no why it happens, but it does. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do to prevent these injures or what i am doing wrong that causes them?

Personally, i don’t think guys should be really cheap when it comes to buying his girlfriend an engagement ring, but i know it’s unreasonable to expect a tiffany’s ring or something super expensive like that. But i don’t know, what do you personally think guys should spend on engagement rings?
